Safe, private, and you stay in the loop
Astuzo is built for the parent first. You own the account, you see every session, and your child’s homework photos are never stored. Here’s exactly how it works.
Safety
Spark is a homework tutor, not an open chatbot.
- Safety filters on every message. What your child sends and what Spark replies are both checked, and Spark steers back to schoolwork.
- No strangers. Your child only talks to Spark. There’s no chat with other people, no public profiles and no sharing.
- No child logins. Kids don’t need an email or password. Their profile is just a first name and grade, inside your account.
- A grown-ups gate. Subscription and account settings sit behind a simple parent gate in the app.
- Hints, not answers. Spark is designed to teach, not to do the homework, so your child still does the thinking.
Privacy: what we keep, and for how long
We collect as little as we can, keep it only as long as it’s useful, and never sell it.

Our servers are currently in the European Union (a move to Canada is planned), and the tutor, safety checks, voice and read-aloud use service providers in the United States. Our privacy policy lists each one and what it keeps, explains how Canadian privacy law (PIPEDA) applies, and describes your rights.
The parent report
After every session you get a short report by email (you can turn it off). It’s also in the parent area of the app. At a glance, you see:
- What your child worked on, and in which topic
- Where they needed hints
- How the session went
It’s the easiest way to stay involved without hovering, and to know what to mention at the next parent-teacher interview.

One account: yours
You sign up and consent for your family. Children are simple profiles inside your account.
Simple settings
Manage your subscription, your children’s names and grades, and report emails in one parent area.
Delete anytime
Delete your account from the app or by emailing support@astuzo.ca. Your children’s profiles and history go with it.
No ads. No selling data. No trackers.
Astuzo is paid for by a subscription, not by advertisers. There are no ads in the app, we don’t sell personal information, and this website uses no cookies and no third-party trackers.
